Return & Refund Policy – JettPistol™

Your satisfaction is important to us at JettPistol™. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.

Return Conditions

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • All original tags and accessories must be included

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at contact@jettpistol.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@jettpistol.com with photos and your order number. We’ll correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “non-returnable” at checkout
